Double Ken Blender Machine
This device is designed to dry all kinds of powdery materials across various industries, including food, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals.
The body of this device is conically shaped at both ends, making it ideal for materials sensitive to heat or prone to oxidation. The drying process can be achieved by either adding an external heating jacket or creating a vacuum system within the device. Due to its unique shape, an inverter is required to initiate its rotation. These blenders can be manufactured symmetrically or asymmetrically, and an optional spray system can be incorporated to add desired additives.
Ribbon Blender Machine
The ribbon blender is among the finest mixers for powders. is specifically designed for blending powder-to-powder and liquid-to-powder substances. Featuring two rows of blades rotating in opposite directions, the ribbon blender ensures thorough mixing.
